My debut novel, Claiming Her Inheritance, was birthed last week, March 16 to be exact. And yes, it’s very much like giving birth to a baby, but without all the pain.
My launch interview on March 16 with my publisher Tamara Clymer had my adrenaline pumping. I couldn’t sleep. Midnight arrived and rather than lie in bed awake, I sat down to start the next Sally Clark book. If you missed the interview, it’s available on YouTube.
In the next book, Sally heads to Montana to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas with her new family. Along the way, a blizzard strands her in a small country church in western Kansas.
A third Sally Clark book is already twirling around in my head.
Today, I’d like to hear from you. Let’s talk.
- What do you look for when you pick up a book to read?
- What’s your favorite genre and why?
- What kind of characters do you like?
- Do you like books that are part of a series or stand-alones? Maybe you like both?
Answer any one or all. But I truly want to get to know you better. Leave your answers in the comments below.
